Brown 1 pound of ground beef with 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic in a skillet on the stove.
Season the beef with black pepper, a couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and a shake of Lowry's seasoning salt while browning.
In another skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add 1 diced yellow bell pepper, 1 diced orange bell pepper, 1 diced red bell pepper, and another onion to the skillet.
Season the peppers and onions with black pepper and 1.5 to 2 teaspoons of Trader Joe's Green Goddess seasoning.
Sauté the peppers and onions until they are lightly cooked but still have some integrity, not mushy.
Combine the sautéed peppers and onions with the browned beef mixture.
Mix in approximately 1.25 cups of mixed cheese (Mexican blend and provolone) into the meat and vegetable mixture, reserving some provolone for topping.
Add 1 can of cream of mushroom roasted garlic soup to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Transfer the mixture into a ceramic casserole dish, packing it in well.
Top the casserole with reserved provolone cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven at 425°F until heated through and the cheese is melted.
