Smashed Cheesesteak Tacos (RECIPE # 181)

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the pan and sauté until softened.

Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

Place cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef and allow to melt.

Warm mini tortillas in a separate pan or on a griddle.

Assemble the tacos by placing the beef and cheese mixture onto the tortillas.
