2 green chilies
1 tablespoon ginger
2 cups oil
2 cups yogurt
1/2 cup tamarind chutney
1 tablespoon chaat masala
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt

Soak urad dal in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Drain the soaked dal and blend it with water until smooth.
