Combine warm milk, warm water, fresh yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
Add salt and mix well.
Separate the yolk from the white of one egg and set the yolk aside.
Add the whole egg and egg white to the mixture.
Stir in melted butter and gradually add flour in parts until combined.
Add vegetable oil and knead the dough until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and cover with a towel to let rise for 15 minutes.
Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of pumpkin jam in the center.
Seal the edges and shape into balls, placing them seam-side down on parchment paper.
Cover and let the buns rise for another 15-20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Brush the tops with a mixture of egg yolk and water before baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
