Heat ground nut oil in a skillet over high heat.

Add bell peppers and water chestnuts; stir-fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add zucchini and fresh mushrooms; stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in dark soy sauce and add chili flakes; cook for 90 seconds.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes, mixing well.
Drizzle sesame seed oil and add a little white sugar; mix well.
Add chopped green onions and mix one last time before serving.
