Dice 700 g of potatoes into 1-inch cubes, leaving the skin on for nutrients.

Cover the mixture with 1 liter of chicken stock made from 4 chicken Oxo cubes dissolved in water and cook until potatoes are tender.

Add 100 g of peas and one can of whole kernel corn to the pot.

Stir in 100 g of cheese and 200 mL of milk, keeping it warm but not boiling to prevent curdling.

Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve topped with fresh herbs or carrot tops.
