Grilled Hawaiian Beef Kabobs

2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes
1 1/2 cups (12-ounce can) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup light molasses
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1-inch segment fresh ginger, peeled and minced (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
1 large red onion, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
2 large red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
1 medium fresh pineapple, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes
8 bamboo or metal skewers

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.

Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
