Curry Beef and Rice Recipe “Spicy Hot” My Own Creation.

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large pot.

Add diced onion (or onion flakes) and crushed garlic; sauté until fragrant.

Stir in hot Indian chili and Indian curry; cook for a minute.

Add beef to the pot and brown on all sides.

Add beef stock, bay leaves, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, and fresh roma tomatoes; stir to combine.

Pour in Worcestershire sauce and red wine; bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook until beef is tender, stirring occasionally.

In a separate pot, rinse rice under cold water.

Combine rice and water in the pot; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover; cook until rice is tender.
