2 cups chopped almonds
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add 1/2 cup of canola oil to a mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of maple syrup to the bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.

Add approximately 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan.

Bake in the oven at 325°F for about 45 minutes, checking for smell and texture.
