Start by making the dairy-free rice pudding using coconut cream and coconut milk.

In a pan, add 2 deciliters of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add 1 cup of short grain rice to the pan with water.

Cook the rice in water until all the water is absorbed.

Once the water is absorbed, pour in 8 deciliters of coconut cream and milk.

Let the mixture simmer gently for about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning or boiling over.

While the coconut rice pudding is simmering, prepare the oven rice pudding.
