1 cup of jasmine rice
½ cup of sticky rice
1800 ml pork or chicken stock, unsalted
400 ml additional stock (if needed)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ Ground white pepper
¼ tsp salt
400 g ground pork or chicken
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
¼ tsp ground white pepper
½ Tbsp corn starch
1½ Tbsp soy sauce
1½ Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
1 green onion, chopped
1 inch piece fresh ginger, julienned
1 coriander, chopped
4 eggs (soft-boiled)
½ tsp sesame oil (optional)
