1 drained can of kidney beans
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.

Add 1 large chopped onion, 1 chopped red capsicum, and 1 small red chili to the pan and stir for a minute or two.

Add 450 g of minced beef and pork to the pan and cook until the meat is browned and broken up.

Turn off the heat once the meat is browned.

Add oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and ancho chili powder to the meat mixture and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.

Add 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of tomato paste, and 1 teaspoon of chipotle paste to the slow cooker and mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of finely ground black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of dark brown sugar to the slow cooker and stir well.

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of plain flour into the mixture and stir again.

Add 150 ml of beef stock, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a drained can of kidney beans, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a couple of bay leaves to the slow cooker and mix well.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours, stirring every couple of hours if desired.
