Boil a pot of water with 1 tablespoon of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
Add 1 kg of spaghetti to the boiling water and cook it.
Preheat a wok and add olive oil.
Add ham, chopped jalapeño sweet peppers, and 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic to the wok and fry.
Sear the ham before adding vegetables.
Sprinkle white pepper on the ham while cooking.
Add chopped celery, onions, and sliced button mushrooms to the wok.
Sprinkle salt on the vegetables to draw out moisture.
Add white pepper and 3 teaspoons of sugar to the vegetables.
Sprinkle chicken bouillon powder for added flavor and stir-fry the mixture.
Drain the spaghetti and cool it off with cold water.
Add washed peas to the mixture in the wok.
Pour in oyster sauce, soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, and sesame oil and mix well.
In a separate bowl, melt 1 big tablespoon of butter and add a few tablespoons of all-purpose flour to make a roux.
Gradually add 1.5 liters of milk to the roux and mix until thickened.
Add a little bit of white mozzarella to the sauce, ensuring not to overload it with cheese.
Combine the cheese sauce with the spaghetti, ensuring it is well coated.
Add the ham, peas, mushrooms, and onions to the spaghetti and mix together.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and top with 1 sliced tomato.
Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, switch off the heat and remove the dish from the oven.
