Add olive oil to a skillet.

Saute onions and bell peppers until softened.

Add garlic paste and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

Add ground beef, brown it, and crumble it.

Drain excess oil from the beef.

Add Bertolli's organic sauce to the beef.

Add a little water to the sauce jar, mix, and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Add red wine to the sauce and season it.

Let the sauce simmer until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes, then set aside.

In a separate pan, add a couple of cups of heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.

Add parmesan cheese to the cream and stir vigorously to prevent clumping.

Season the alfredo sauce and let it simmer until thickened.

Add cooked spaghetti to the alfredo sauce and toss to coat the noodles.

In a baking dish, layer the alfredo pasta, followed by the red meat sauce, and repeat layers.

Top the final layer of red sauce with freshly grated Kobe Jack cheese.

Cover the dish with foil, spraying the foil to prevent sticking.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until browned and bubbly.
