Beet Hummus

2 medium beets, roasted and peeled
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup sesame seeds
for garnish parsley

Cut the beets into equal size pieces for easier processing in the food processor.

Add the cut beets to the food processor with chickpeas.

Add lemon juice to the mixture in the food processor.
