Remove the first layer of cabbage leaves carefully without breaking them.
Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until soft.
Prepare ground turkey in a pan with olive oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and various peppers to the turkey.
Season the turkey with basil, oregano, paprika, seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Mix the ground turkey and seasonings thoroughly with clean hands.
Add leftover rice to the turkey mixture and combine well.
Pour in about three-quarters of a bottle of Classico tomato sauce into the turkey mixture and stir.
Take a cabbage leaf and place a spoonful of the turkey and rice mixture on it.
Roll the cabbage leaf tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
Repeat the rolling process for all the cabbage leaves and filling.
Place the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish.
Cover the rolls with remaining tomato sauce and bake until cooked through.
