Dissolve salt and pepper in water.

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces and soak the tofu in salt water for 10 minutes.

Drain and dry the tofu.

Place and arrange the tofu in the Air Fryer, making sure they don't overlap each other.

Cook the tofu at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.

Grate the cloves of garlic until you get 2 tablespoons.

Thinly slice each red and green chili.

Chop the white and green part of the spring onion.

Finely slice the coriander leaf.

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of black vinegar, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and the white part of the spring onion.

Flip the tofu to the other side halfway through cooking.
