1

Fill the removable reservoir of the Quinart Grind and Brew Espresso Machine with cold water.

2

Add your favorite beans to the hopper.

3

Adjust the dial to your preferred grind setting.

4

Insert the portafilter with the dosing ring into the grinding cradle and select single or double grind.

5

Once grinding is complete, remove the portafilter and dosing ring.

6

Place the tamp puck into the portafilter and tamper down with the assisted tamping lever.

7

Secure the portafilter to the brew head and turn to lock it in place.

8

Set a cup underneath the pouring spout and press the single or double button to extract the espresso.

9

Put the milk into the frothing pitcher and raise the stainless steel jug so that just the tip is covered with milk.

10

Turn on the steam and lower the jug so that the tip is just hovering above the surface of the milk, creating a slurping noise as foam forms.

11

Once the proper amount of foam is created, raise the jug so that just the tip is submerged and tilt it slightly to create a vortex.

12

Once the milk is hot, turn off the steam wand and tap the pitcher a few times to remove any large bubbles.

13

Slowly pour the steamed milk into the mug with the espresso and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
