16 cups cold water
5 cups fresh sauerkraut with juice
1 cup dried mushrooms
Oil
1 tsp paprika
2 pcs smoked pork bones
1 cup sliced bacon
4 cups cutted smoked pork
3 cups pork
2 cups sour cream
6 pcs garlic
2 pcs onion
2 pcs sausages
1 tsp ground black pepper
4 pcs ground new pepper
2 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp black pepper
2 pcs juniper
1 tsp cumin

Bring the water to boil.

Add all of the spices, smoked pork bones and dried mushrooms. Bring to boil and cook for 30 min.

Add sauerkraut with juice. Bring it again to boil and cook for 30 min.

Then add smoked pork and cook for 30 minutes once again.

Meanwhile use the pan - add oil and onion. Rest for about 5 minutes. Add pork and garlic.

Add roasted pork to the soup and cook for 1 hour.

Rest the bacon at pan. Remove. Add to the pan onion and paprika.

Put the onion and bacon to the soup.

Cut sausages and add it to the soup.

Cook all together for another 30 minutes.

Add sour cream.

Serve hot.
