1

In a bowl, add 250 g of tapioca granulada.

2

Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 50 g of coconut flakes to the bowl and mix well.

3

Pour in 600 ml of boiling milk while mixing the ingredients together.

4

Let the mixture hydrate for 10 minutes.

5

After 10 minutes, the tapioca should have absorbed most of the milk.

6

Take a 20x30 cm baking dish and distribute the tapioca mixture evenly in it.

7

Optionally, grease the dish with oil or butter before adding the mixture.

8

Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours to cool and set.

9

Once set, cut the cuscuz into pieces as if preparing a cake to allow for topping.

10

Spread condensed milk over the top, ensuring it seeps into the cuts made in the cuscuz.

11

Top with additional coconut flakes, using either packaged or natural coconut.
