Mix 400 grams of self-rising flour with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder in a bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and knead for 5 minutes, adding water until the dough pulls away from the bowl.

Shape the dough into a smooth ball and let it rise for 30 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.

Divide the dough into small balls and let them rise for another 5 minutes.

Roll out each ball into flat discs.
