Baked Taco Dip

16 oz can refried beans
8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican style blend
sliced ripe olives
diced tomato
chopped green onions
tortilla chips

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Take a 9-inch baking dish and spread the 16 oz can of refried beans onto the bottom.

In a mixing bowl, add the 8 oz package of cream cheese at room temperature, 1 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix, and 2 cloves of minced garlic.

Mix this together well.

Evenly spread the mixture over the refried beans in the baking dish.

Sprinkle on 2 oz of either shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican style blend.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle on sliced ripe olives, diced tomato, and chopped green onions as desired.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
