Start by making Arby sauce.

In a pot, combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

3

Heat the pot on medium-low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

4

Prepare a cornstarch mixture by mixing 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water.

After 20 minutes, add the cornstarch mixture to the Arby sauce and let it simmer on very low heat for another 10-20 minutes.

Next, make the cheese sauce by combining 1/4 cup of Velveeta cheese, 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk, and a dash of salt in a bowl.

7

Melt the cheese mixture until it is fully melted.

Microwave the roast beef to warm it up without grilling it.
