Start by grinding Arabic coffee using a grinder.

Take a butter filter and place it in the coffee machine.

Add the ground coffee to the butter filter.

Prepare a double shot of coffee in the machine.

Steam the milk until it has a good foam.

For cappuccino, combine the double shot of coffee with the steamed milk and foam.

For cortado, use a double shot of coffee and mix it with half milk and half foam.

Clean the workspace after each step.

For Rooibos latte, prepare a double shot of Rooibos and steam the milk to remove bubbles.

Mix the steamed milk with the double shot of Rooibos.

For iced latte, put ice in a glass, add a single shot of espresso, and then pour milk on top.

Add a little foam on top of the iced latte.

Taste the iced latte and adjust sweetness with sugar syrup or honey as needed.
