Fry the meat for 30 minutes with oil.

In a separate pan, fry the vegetables with oil.

Add seasonings to your taste.

In a clay pot or baking dish, first add the meat, and top with the vegetables. Do the same with all of them: meat - vegetables - meat - vegetables.

Add the wine.

Cover it with aluminum foil.

Bake it for 2 hours at 400°F.

Uncover it and bake it for another 30 minutes.
