- ●1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- ●1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

- ●1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- ●cooking spray (for waffle iron)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- 3In another bowl, mix together the almond milk, applesauce, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using).
- 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- 5Lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray.
- 6Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the preheated waffle iron (usually about 1/2 to 3/4 cup, depending on the size of your waffle iron).
- 7Close the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes, until the waffles are golden brown.
- 8Carefully remove the waffles and repeat with the remaining batter.
- 9Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, yogurt, or additional maple syrup.

- 2In another bowl, mix the mashed banana, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
- 3Add the soaked oats to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- 4Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 5Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron, using enough to cover the surface but not overflow.
- 6Close the waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- 7Carefully remove the waffles and repeat with the remaining batter.
- 8Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, yogurt, or additional maple syrup.
