In a bowl, combine 1 cup warm water, 1 tbsp active dry yeast, and 1 tbsp sugar; let sit until foamy.

Add 2 cups flour to the yeast mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

Let the dough rise for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough in half; let one half proof outside for 3 hours and the other half for 1 day.

Prepare toppings: chop iceberg lettuce, slice pickles, and rehydrate dehydrated organic onions in water.

Stretch the pizza dough into a circle and place it on a pizza sheet or wire rack.

Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on the dough as a base.

Add a ring of processed cheese around the edge of the pizza.

Preheat the oven to 500°F and bake the pizza for 12 minutes.

Once baked, spread Big Mac sauce around the crust, add pickles, and top with more sauce.
