Add 4 bananas, 1/3 cup canola oil, 2 egg yolks, and 1 tablespoon sugar to a blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder to the mixture and gently mix it in.
