Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly with water twice.
Peel and remove the hard part of the stalk from the broccoli, cutting the soft part to add to the salad.
Take 1.5-2 cups of water in a utensil and bring it to a boil for steaming.
Place a sieve over the boiling water and add the broccoli and soaked almonds to it.
Cover the utensil to allow steam to form quickly.
Steam the broccoli and almonds for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the broccoli from the sieve into a bowl.
Finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the bowl with the broccoli.
Add the sliced ginger, coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
If you like sweetness, add 1 tbsp honey to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients really well and serve the salad.
