- 3Add the pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
- 4In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the cooked beef mixture evenly on the bottom.
- 5Layer the chopped bell peppers and onions over the beef mixture.
- 6Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
- 7Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- 8Top the tater tots with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- 10Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- 5Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a muffin tin or small baking dish.
- 6Layer a noodle on top of the sauce, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture, a layer of ground beef, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
- 7Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- 8Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 9Let the mini lasagnas cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
