Start by marinating the salmon in a bowl.
Add olive oil to the bowl with salmon.
Squeeze juice from 1 lemon into the bowl.
Mince 3 cloves of fresh garlic and add to the bowl.
Add salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and dried basil to the bowl.
Gently mix the marinade to coat the salmon evenly.
Cover the bowl and let the salmon marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Prepare a piece of foil to create a salmon boat.
Lay the marinated salmon in the center of the foil.
Fold the ends of the foil together to seal the salmon inside.
Spoon some of the excess marinade over the salmon before sealing the foil completely.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the foil-wrapped salmon in the oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice by adding 1/2 cup of rice and 1 cup of cold water to a pot.
Bring the rice to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low and cover.
Cook the rice until fluffy, about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil to coat the bottom.
Add minced garlic and beans to the pan, followed by salt and pepper.
Quickly stir-fry the beans to maintain their crunch and color.
Finish the beans with a teaspoon of butter.
Plate the salmon and spoon the juices from the foil over it and the rice.
