In a pot with water, add a little salt and 5 sliced potatoes, and cook until soft.

Add 800 g of fish fillets and season with salt and black pepper.

Add 3 minced garlic cloves and the juice of half a lemon, and mix well.

In a skillet, add a little olive oil and add the fish fillets, allowing them to brown on both sides, then set aside.

In the same skillet, add 1 chopped onion and sauté.

Then add 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper, and mix.

Add 200 ml of coconut milk, 340 g of tomato sauce, and 200 g of cream cheese, and mix well.

Season with salt, chimichurri, smoked paprika, black pepper, and finish with parsley and chili flakes.

In a serving dish, spread half of the sauce evenly, then add the cooked potatoes.

Now add the fish fillets and pour the rest of the sauce on top, spreading it well.

Finish with grated mozzarella cheese to taste and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
