500 grams undercut beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 tablespoon butter
2 spring onions
1/2 bell pepper

Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan.

Add 500 grams of undercut beef and fry for 5 minutes on high heat.
