1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3 potatoes cut in a cubed shape
1 tbsp achaar (pickles)
1 cup water
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
coriander leaves
lemon juice

Heat mustard oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and nigella seeds, and let them splutter.

Add pink salt, turmeric, cumin powder, and red chilli powder; stir well.

Add the cubed potatoes and mix to coat them with the spices.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

Add the achaar (pickles) and stir gently.
