Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350°F (177°C).
Prepare pastry dough (using a favorite recipe or frozen tart shells).
Sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll out the chilled pastry until about 1/8 inch thick.
Use a yogurt container lid to cut out 12 circles for the tart shells.
Press the circles into a non-stick muffin tin, ensuring they reach the bottom.
Place the tart shells in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to prevent shrinking.
In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 1/4 cups brown sugar until combined.
Add 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup corn syrup to the mixture and mix well.
Incorporate 3 large eggs, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla into the filling, mixing until just combined.
Remove the tart shells from the freezer and fill each with about 6 raisins, filling them about 3/4 full with the filling mixture.
Pour the filling into each tart shell using a jug for easier handling.
Place the tarts in the oven at 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking at the 20-minute mark for doneness.
