6 garlic cloves
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 7 oz can milk diced chiles
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp red chile flakes
1 bushel cilantro

Simmer the chuck roast in a red sauce until tender and shredded.
