In a large stockpot, add the water, pineapple juice, oranges, lemon halves, garlic, bay leaves, onion, and Cajun and old bay seafood seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Add the red potatoes and corn cobs to the boiling water. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Add eggs if you like them.
