500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
4 large roti or flatbreads
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup crushed peanuts (for garnish)

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, lime juice, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, and chili powder to create a marinade.

Add the sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or pan over medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
