Set up the Instant Pot with the trivet inside.

Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.

Place 2 packages of White Castle hamburgers on top of the trivet.

Grab a sheet of aluminum foil and place it down.

Make hamburger patties and place them in the center of the foil.

Add kosher salt, black pepper, chopped onion, onion powder, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the patties.

Fold the aluminum foil to create a packet around the patties.

Place the foil packet inside the Instant Pot with the other packets.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the vent to sealing position.

Set the cooking time to 15 minutes and allow the Instant Pot to build pressure.

Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.

Open the Instant Pot away from you to avoid steam.

Remove the steamed hamburgers from the Instant Pot.

Place the steamed hamburger on a slice of ordinary bread.

Add ketchup and top with another slice of bread.

Taste test the steamed hamburger.
