200 g of sugar
50 g of flour
40 g liquid butter
4 eggs
4 egg yolk
grated peel of 1 lemon
cinnamon powder

Pour the chickpeas in a glass and crush them with the blender, in order to obtain a puree.

Mix the sugar, mashed chickpeas, butter, eggs and yolks, lemon zest, flour and cinnamon to taste.

Mix well until you get an even dough.

Stretch the shortcrust pastry on top of a tart (with the paper so you don't have to grease) and prick the bottom with a fork.

Pour the filling over the dough.

Bring the preheated oven to 180°C for about 30 minutes.
