Cut the stem off the bottom of the brussels sprouts and cut them in halves.
Place the brussels sprouts on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.
Season the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, mixing well to incorporate the oil and seasoning.
Lay the seasoned brussels sprouts evenly on the pan.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the brussels sprouts in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Wash the salmon fillets thoroughly.
Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley, massaging the seasonings into the fillets.
Squeeze the juice of a full lemon onto the salmon fillets.
Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce for the brussels sprouts by mixing balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, a splash of olive oil, and the juice of half a lime.
After 10 minutes of roasting, add the honey balsamic glaze to the brussels sprouts, mixing well to ensure each sprout is coated.
Return the brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Once done, plate the salmon and brussels sprouts on a bed of plain rice, and optionally drizzle with spicy mayo and sriracha.
