Fire up the Weber grill with Roll Oak charcoal and light it with a flamethrower.
Set up the grill for a two-zone fire and stabilize it at 500°F.
Chop half of a red bell pepper and set aside.
Place a Yeti skillet on the grill to heat up.
Add a couple pads of unsalted butter to the skillet and let it melt.
Sauté the chopped red bell pepper in the melted butter for a few minutes, then cover to maintain heat.
After a few minutes, add 3 tablespoons of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Add another pad of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
Pour in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and a few dashes of garlic-flavored hot sauce.
Add about half of a 7 oz beer to the skillet, then add 1 teaspoon of garlic jalapeno.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of Cajun Creole garlic butter and 1/3 cup of sweet barbecue sauce.
Add 1/3 cup of tangy vinegar barbecue sauce, 1 teaspoon of Cajun rub, and more hot sauce to taste.
Season with black pepper and about 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Let the mixture sauté for a few minutes, then squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the skillet.
Add 1 pound of Royal Reds shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
Move the skillet closer to the fire and cover the grill to cook the shrimp for a few minutes.
Once the shrimp are cooked, add a half stick of salted butter to the skillet and let it melt over the shrimp.
Remove the skillet from the grill and garnish the shrimp with chopped green onion before serving.
