Add about 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
Incorporate about 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste for flavor.
Add 1 teaspoon of capers without chopping them.
Dice 2 to 3 cornichons and add them to the mixture.
Season with black pepper to taste, approximately six cracks of the grinder.
Add a pinch of salt, considering the brininess of the anchovies and capers.
Add chopped parsley to the mixture.
Plate the tartare and prepare to taste it.
