Place the tofu in an air fryer in a single layer at 400 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes, or bake on a lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In a non-stick skillet, add the pre-made veggie mix with a couple of tablespoons of water and the spices (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika).
