2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large ripe avocado
2 small Roma tomatoes
1 large mango
1 shallot
2 tablespoons lime juice

Cut the small red cabbage in half and shred it into thin slices.

Transfer the shredded cabbage into a large bowl.
