1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 of the cabbage
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 head of small cabbage
green onion
4 thin slices of ham (optional)

2 garlic cloves
2 medium potatoes
4 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup Gruyère cheese
450g potatoes
1/2 tsp nutmeg
470 ml whole milk
4 tbsp sour cream or crème fraîche

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Chop 1 sweet onion and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden.

In another bowl, combine 7 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp sugar; mix well.
