Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.
Boil water in a large pot and drop in the dough balls, cooking until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove the balls and let them cool slightly.
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, and raisins in a bowl.
Stuff each dough ball with the cheese mixture and shape them into rounds.
Place the stuffed balls in a greased baking dish and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and cinnamon before baking at 350°F until golden, about 25-30 minutes.
