Put a pot with water on medium heat and wait for it to start boiling. Then add salt and pasta.

Cut the cherry tomatoes.

In a pan, add extra virgin olive oil, garlic, a little bit of basil, cherry tomatoes, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the burrata in half and separate the cream from the peel.

Add tomato puree and a little bit of chilli pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Turn off the heat and after a few minutes, add the burrata cream.

Add the al dente spaghetti to the pan, stir well, and add the burrata peel and basil.
