500 grams boiled rice

Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil to a pan and fry 2 medium-sized bell peppers cut lengthwise for about 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

In the same oil, add 2 tablespoons fresh crushed garlic and fry well.

Add 500 grams of boneless chicken cut lengthwise to the pan and stir.
