1 tablespoon vinegar

Cut chicken wings into two pieces and place in a bowl.

Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder to the chicken.
